HR Horizontal Double-Stage Anti-Corrosion Explosion-Proof Continuous Operation Salt Pusher Centrifuge
HR pusher centrifuge is a type of filtering centrifuge characterized by continuous feeding and intermittent discharging. Composed of hydraulic system, pushing mechanism, base, enclosure, transmission mechanism, basket, etc., this product is able to realize continuous feeding, separation, washing, discharging and other processes at full speed.
Operating principle
The main motor drives the inner and outer bowls to rotate at the full speed the feed, then feed the material through the feed pipe and distribute it on the inside part filter screen of the inner bowl uniformly. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out from the filtration pores of the bowl through filter screen and then out of the machine through the liquid discharge pipe, while the solid deposits in the Inner bowl and forms a ring layer of cake.
As the inner and outer bowls rotate at the same speed, the inner one, pushed by the pistion, reciprocates axially and repeatedly. As a result, pusher plate pushes the cake layer from the inner bowl to outer bowl for further separation. A ring layer of cake being formed, while the outside section of the inner bowl pushes the cake layer into the outer bowl continuously, then discharges it through the slot by scraping.

Industrial Application
This product is applicable to the filtration of sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, urea, polyethylene, polypropyl ethylene, ammonium nitrate, oxalic acid, sodium sulfate, caffeine, etc. in the chemical, fertilizer, alkali production, salt production and other industries.
Working Principle
Driven by the driving motor, the transmission device operates at full speed to bring the materials into the inner basket through the feeding pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials are evenly distributed onto the screen wall of the inner basket, where the liquid phase flows into the liquid discharge pipe through the screen and pores on the basket wall, while the solid phase is retained on the screen to form a cake layer.
The inner basket and outer basket revolve at the same speed. Driven by the piston, the inner basket moves in the axial direction repeatedly and reciprocally to make the pushing tray to push the materials from the inner basket to the outer basket for further separation, where annular cake layers are formed. Continuously pushed by the outer end face of the inner basket, the materials are discharged out of the outer basket and then be conveyed out of the equipment through the material scrapping slot.

Anti-corrosion
The materials to be separated are normally corrosive. So for safety, the parts in contact with these corrosive materials must be anti-corrosive.
Material of constructions: 304, 321, 316L, 904L, TA, 2205, 2507etc.
When there is determined application experience or corrosion data, carry out coupon test and laboratory verification to ensure selected material meet anti-corrosion requirements.
Surface anti-corrosion treatment: PE lined, rubber lined and halar lined and F40, F46, PFA etc.
Anti-corrosion requirements of sealing elements can not be neglected; material of sealing elements shall ensure prevention against corrosion from acids, alkali and solvents.
The customer shall forward the physical and chemical properties of the material and washing liquid (chemical properties and separation temperature etc.) to the manufacturer so that it can make recommendations for centrifuge materials based on characteristics of the separation medium, and that the suitable seal ring, seal washer and filter cloth can be provided, thus ensuring anti-corrosion requirements on the centrifuge.
Explosion-proof
If the centrifuge works in the environment, where there are some explosive substances, the centrifuge should be explosion-proof. If the centrifuge becomes really explosion-proof, it should take a variety of measures in mechanical, electrical control and the accessories selection.
Electric control: explosion-proof isolator, non-touch dynamic braking system, static grounding and explosion-proof automatic control.
Mechanical system: explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof light, anti-collision and anti-static driving belt.
Explosion-proof accessories: nitrogen protection system, on-site explosion-proof control button.
Therefore, for those environments required explosion-proof, users can specify the filtration medium, requirement and degree of explosion-proof when they take orders, in order to buy the right equipment to meet the requirements of explosion-proof.
