PSB400P Series CBD Extraction System PLC Control Halar Lined Centrifugal Distillation Extractor Machine
Brief introduction
After crushing plant stems and leaves, the residues were completely dehydrated by soaking in water or organic solvents to obtain the maximum yield. Usually, the process of extraction and solid-liquid separation is accomplished by soaking extraction in extraction tank, pressing or centrifugal dehydration after preliminary slag discharging.
The machine adopts the drum design of lower hub and flat drum bottom, and cooperates with the automatic programming of centrifuge forward and backward washing, grading speed-up and drying, completing a cycle of automatic operation process such as immersion, extraction, dehydration and drying.
